II. Straight Tuck End (STE): A balance between quick assembly and easy opening 
Structural features: The end of the STE paper box is designed as a combination of a tongue and a slot. It can be sealed simply by inserting it. When opening, it only requires tearing off or pulling out the tongue. The operation is very convenient. This structure is commonly used in rectangular or square box bodies. The sides often adopt a lock-bottom design to enhance the load-bearing capacity.
Applicable products: Stationery, cosmetics, small electronic products and other lightweight goods. For example, if the lipstick packaging box adopts the STE structure, it can be quickly assembled and is also convenient for consumers to open with one hand.
Advantages: High assembly efficiency, suitable for automated production.
Limitations: Limited load-bearing capacity, not suitable for heavy or irregular-shaped products.

III. Snap-Lock Bottom (1-2-3 bottom) : A classic solution for load-bearing reinforcement and simplified assembly
Structural features: The 1-2-3 bottom is named so because three flanges need to be folded in sequence and fixed with clips during assembly. After the bottom is formed, it forms a rigid support structure, and its load-bearing capacity is significantly better than that of ordinary lock bottoms. Its top is usually combined with a flip cover or plug cover design, balancing sealing performance and ease of opening.
Applicable products: Bottled beverages, canned goods, small household appliances and other heavy items. For example, the six-pack beer box uses the 1-2-3 bottom, which can stably carry multiple bottles of liquid and prevent deformation during transportation.

IV. Automatic Bottom (Automatic Locking): The ideal choice for automated production 
Structural features: When the automatic bottom paper box is unfolded, it can automatically fold and lock the bottom by pressing the side of the box body without the need for manual intervention. It is suitable for high-speed packaging production lines. After the bottom is locked, it forms a high-strength grid structure, with outstanding pressure resistance and shock resistance.

V. Two-Piece Box (Tray & Sleeve): A representative of high-end texture and flexible combination 
Structural features: It is composed of an independent tray (inner box) and a sleeve (outer box). The tray is used to fix the product, and the sleeve can be slid to open and close, serving both display and protection functions. The design can use bronzing, embossing and other processes to enhance the brand premium.
